If four masked men broke into your home ?

In light of the recent case.. The householder in protecting himself and family allegedly stabbed one of the four masked intruders..... He's is currently being held on suspicion of murder

someone in notts stabbed to death someone breaking into his house it took him over 2 years to sort out WTF is this country comiong too we really need to get out of human rights act!

i totally agree that is the worst thing we signed up for, we were fine for decades without this, now we have got it the country is in ruins

can you remember that farmer who shoot that kid? a few years back he got sent down for a couple before someone saw sense and let the poor bloke out!

I think the HRA is a big problem, Gaunty from the sun is trying to get it scrapped along with membership to the EU

its simple if some breaks in Knock them clean out and tie them to a chair, strap bacon to there privates and stick ice creams in his ears and when he wakes up he's going to have a staffy jumping at his privates and trying to take his ears off, then i'm putting vasoline on a broom shank and he won't be able to walk for week.

Some people are so desprate for money they do these things. But they also know that this comes with a risk and they took that risk and he got caught. Can't see where the problem is.

I agree with you Steve.. If someone comes at you with a gun you have the right to defend in the USA..

They say allowing citizens to keep firearms would make the streets more dangerous.... How can it ? currently victims are defenceless against criminals carrying illegal weapons, if however there was a chance victims could too have weapons maybe muggers etc would think twice
