Theia managed to take herself off to bed (my bed!) while I was washing up! She looked so sweet, I got busy with the camera. It really is a challenge getting a good picture of a black dog!! But I think I did ok!

Usually have the same problem, but I used a standing lamp for extra light this time.

Are you able to change the ISO setting on your camera ? Have a play with this if you are able, the higher the ISO setting the more sensitive the shot will be. You may need to use a higher setting when indoors at night in low light.
