There's a guy...

There's a guy who walk his three Staffs over Flo's big park, two Tan & one white, who are a joy to watch. I don't know their names but for the purpose of this post I'll call them Chaos, Mayhem & Lunatic

We've seen them loads of times but I overheard the fella chatting to another dog walker about how he has to be carefull letting them out of the car, they get soooo excited that they literally tear off chasing each other and he has to make sure there are no little people about that might get bowled over by 3 Staffs bounding around.

Flo has come face to face with one of them and they were both really well behaved and once called away (Charlie I think his name is) went straight away. They show very little interest In other dogs and it is fantastic watching them hurtle through the trees chasing the squirrels, almost as if they are working together to flush them out, Flo just stands there in amazement at all these squirrels suddenly running for there lives

I know it's not everyone's cup of tea seeing three Staffs off lead running around but they really are so good and never bother other dogs

I've seen something similar myself Ian. Great to see. Is it something Flo could join in with?

Lovely to hear this story. If only all staffs could be so confident and have this type of freedom. But we're working on it

To be honest Flo is a lot more tolerant these days, she used to snap at dogs that pestered her just to warn them off. If it were just me, I would let her play but the OH is far too cautious. She will play with some that we come across on our walks

I think a huge part of it is confidence with both owner and dog Wendy... It is great to see

i love watching a group of dogs playing together,makes me smile,i dont think i have seen a group of staffies play but i bet its awesome to watch

Have seen 2 staffies running together love any breed running together

Sounds like a very entertaining watch I know just Bane and Domino are hilarious! They get to meet every few months and spend the whole time chasing around the garden and bouncing from sofa to sofa
I am yet to find a breed that can keep up!

I love watching groups of dogs running about together, really puts a smile on my face.

Back up in Nottingham we were part of a dog walking group and there were 3 staffs including this muppet and it was fab to see them in and out of the trees and round and round in circles, and tearing right through a football game, and no they didn't get the ball back

Emma, I've not found a breed than can keep up yet either!

Ah Kita what dog walking group was that? I'm in Notts now and was trying to find something similar for weekends and extra socialising. All I can find is Cani-X but I am not fit enough to be doing that

It wasn't a proper official group...just one the kind of formed over time. In Kirkby-In-Ashfield, there would be about 10 of us meet up and the dogs would run riot, was fantastic!

It's nice when you find others who's dogs all get along! Bane used to have loads of pals to play with as a pup but now we barely see anyone

Chaos suites believe me having said that so does mayhem and lunatic !

These three are such good dogs... They tear about and have sooo much fun. What I didnt add was that the two tan ones are muzzled which surprises me, they are so well controlled and even coming face to face with Flo offered no aggression. I'll try and have a chat with the guy next time I see them, I have a feeling the muzzles are for show only.

tbh im relieved when i see a staffy as i know its a dog that shares the same play ethos as my two so fun fun fun. arse clenches however when small fluffies come running up

It is definitely my cup of tea too.

Emma we are members of Radcliffe Staffordshire bull terrier group connected to the RSPCA, we all met up today at Wollaton park for a 2 hour walk, it's £10 fee for the year which goes to RSPCA, you can find them on face book x

My Lexi loves other dogs and there is a stunning tri colour called Axel who goes to our dog park and a blue bitch called blue (bless) and it makes my heart smile watching them. They chase eachother for hours x
