If you want to add a pic to your profile, go to the main forum page and at the top it will have a tab saying profile. If you click on that and then go to the avatar tab you will be able to add a pic to your profile straight from your PC

HI and welcome from me and Sheila 
For posting a pic I just click on the host image con ( the little icons just above the box where you type) then click choose file,, when i find the pic double click it then click host it .. then click on the middle url to highlight, right click and choose copy them right click in this reply box and choose paste. Thats just cos im not too keen on photobucket
