near miss again with neighbours staffy

have asked the housing association to turn the lights on in the garden anyway neighbours dog was out and off the lead again!!! she must have been sniffing about the bush as i never seen her at first. i waited patiently while the dog came upto the door and stared mia in the face again. just glad i seen her this time.

sick of telling him hen and he wnt listen his dogs never on the lead even near the road, his last dog was killed and dragged up the road as she ran into the road
