so sad
Ok guys ive found it extremely hard to deal with nico's temper so i decided to hand him over to the dogs trust as i feel it was breaking point for me and it was testing my patience and twmper 6 weeks every day for hours constant whimpering so i believe i have done the right thing. Ive never had this kind of behaviour from a puppy in my life with owning 3 dogs before from puppys ( 2 staffs and a pitbull) but me and my partner where losing serious amount of hours of sleep due to his whimpering ... i can no longer do anything to help him im heartbroken to let the little guy go

Sounds like it's for the best, hard decision though. Sure he will find a home quickly while he's still a puppy.

Re: so sad
Are you really thinking about getting a new puppy when you've just given yours to a shelter? Going to be honest - his behaviour is more than likely to do with environment than genetics. Do you still have your other dog?

Re: so sad
Very sad to hear that but maybe it's a blessing in disguise for both of you. I think you might be best to stick with what you have now though.

Re: so sad
Well you said you dont walk the dogs you already have just crate them all day he would never get the attention a puppy needs from you. question is why did you get him to begin with?

Re: so sad
Perhaps the poor little guys tail that was diagnosed by your vet as being broken in November was hurting him again? Your other dog rough housing him could've done something to it maybe? Just a thought...

Re: so sad
Hopefully he won't be with the trust long being a puppy still. As harsh as it sounds, I do think a lot of his behaviour could well be down to frustration. Bull breeds need their exercise and get bored very easily leading to all sorts of unwanted behaviour.

Re: so sad
Hi peppa my dogs are walked every day twice infact. 45 mins each time and a couple of 20 min toliet break walk aswell. Its just been a little tough lately especially in the middle of moving house. Like i said in a previous comment my dogs are well fed and excersiced. But not as much right now but i think 2 hrs a day isnt bad considering i am moving house and work alot. I got him because i thought it would have been a great idea to give cleo and bit of company and i never said i crate them all day i said they are crated when we are not home or we are in bed apart from that they are out of their crates.
But thanks for the replies everyone

Re: so sad
I think Peppa is referring to your post a few weeks ago stating that they aren't being walked very often..
