tried EVERYTHING

Nico STILL whining and yelping hard... to the point hes bringing up flem and swallowing it again. Ive tried everything and hes the first dog ive had out of 4 that has only ever whined this hard for this long all my other pups have settled within a week

Have you popped him to vets just to eliminate any underlying health probs?

The vet says he was fine Inez he is now 16 weeks stella

From your desription your around when he is doing this? Clip his lead on and go for a short jog. does he stop the noise? if it stops try a few commands to jump on a small wall or even a log. if he does this and looks at you you have a dog that needs something to do and wants to know it is doing something worthwhile. your next best bet is flyball, agility or bikejor etc as you have an active working dog.

just seen he is 16 weeks hold off on the excersise yet but bear it in mind for future

Harley used to do this yelping to a degree and bark for attention when he wasn't getting enough off lead running . My problems have gone now since upping his off lead time Do you do anything like fetch with him ?Hope things get easier for you all the best.

Hes getting short walks everyday and crated when we are out or at bed time but just yelps when crated
