Aw dont beat yourself up pal, took me 4 attempts till i stopped. I used ecig and nicotine chewing gum now  just chew normal gum but i do smoke when i drink which isnt often now, can stop again no prob now.

Try stopping when not drinking its all about breaking habits.

Like Colin says, it's as much the habit as it is the nicotine. You can do it Big Grin

I've been two weeks or so without a cigarette. I initally stopped because I was sick and have to go outside to smoke. Hang in there though you can do it.

Also quiting cold turkey isn't the best idea. Cut your smoking in half every three days so your body can slowly adapt. Helps with the cravings and also the confidence.
