of not smoking and i've just given in and had a roll up ,i know you got have will power but did'nt help i been home most of the day,e-cigs been a big help but think i need patches all over me too

Aw dont beat yourself up pal, took me 4 attempts till i stopped. I used ecig and nicotine chewing gum now just chew normal gum but i do smoke when i drink which isnt often now, can stop again no prob now.

I've been two weeks or so without a cigarette. I initally stopped because I was sick and have to go outside to smoke. Hang in there though you can do it.
Also quiting cold turkey isn't the best idea. Cut your smoking in half every three days so your body can slowly adapt. Helps with the cravings and also the confidence.
