In regards to the worming:http://www.vets.co.uk/customer_faq.asp
"Q03) How often should I worm my puppy/kitten?
- Every 2-3 weeks from 2-12 weeks of age. Then monthly until 6 months of age. Thereafter worming should be carried out at a minimum of 3 monthly intervals based on the lifestyle of your pet. To reduce the risk of transmission of roundworm to humans, it is recommended that treatment against roundworm should be carried out monthly".
The cost depends on the worming product you use.
In regards to the jabs."Q01) How old does my puppy need to be before it can have its 1st vaccination?
- At least 7 weeks of age".
When to spay lots of people will say different things. Some say six months some say wait for her to have her first season and 3 months from then.Lots of different opinions.
About the vaccinations: http://www.ivet.co.uk/veterinary/dog-vaccinations/
The cost of spaying is not much in my opinion.Cheapest is not always best.

Re: Hello
Normally the first jabs would be at around 8 weeks (along with worming), then the 2nd ones around 2 weeks later. You should worm her with a broad spectrum wormer every month until she's 6 months & then every 3 months for life. Try to make sure that the worming tablets cover prevention of lungworm as well as roundworm (the commonest puppy worm) and tapeworm.
My vet charges around £40 for vaccinations and last time I got wormers for Dempsey it cost about £6 for two tablets (that's cause he's an elephant in disguise & weighs 31 kilos!), but will be a lot less for a pup.
As to spaying, there are very different views on this. I prefer to wait until a bitch has had at least one season (preferably two) so that her full character & physical maturity can come about properly. (Your vet will tell you before her first season - as I said, everybody has different opinions!)
This might help...
