muddy buddies

Yesterday was so nice in the park, we went back today with company!
The white bulldog is Molly, 8 years old and doesn't involve herself in the shenanigans of the young uns! The fawn dog Alfie is their current foster dog, 3 years old, and full of energy. Theia and Alfie hit it off straight away, running and chasing, but no rough play. Which was nice! And when our friend ran off with all of the dogs, Theia came running back when called! I was busting with pride!! And when they all calmed down, they just mooched along quite happily.

She was filthy, they all were. But at least I only had to bath one dog!!

Just goes to show that if you put the work in early enough Lynn, the results can be fantastic.

I've managed to avoid the worst of the mud this weekend but Flo got Bathed last weekend, it took the OH a half hour to clean the bath afterwards

Next time she's getting hosed down in the garden!!
There's no avoiding it here, it rained for 3 days solid til yesterday. At least the new expensive wellies are earning their money!!

I hope our friends decide to adopt Alfie, he's just a foster at the minute. But he is a lovely dog. All he wants to do is play, Molly isn't interested, but Theia loved him!
