Re: apple cider vinegar!
I have never used it myself but have heard good things about it, I think it is sometimes put in with the dogs water to maintain a good shine to the coat. It is used for other things but as I say have not used it myself.

Re: apple cider vinegar!
hi
i dont use it on my dog but do for my chickens - for digestive health
although its said to have anti parasitic qualities it wont work as quickly or as efficiently as solutions you get from your vet so i wouldnt depend solely on it
also, for it to work on fleas the flea would have to bite the dog anyway
a big word of warning to anyone who wasnt aware - NEVER use acv in a metal bowl - youll end up poisoning your dog

Re: apple cider vinegar!
its good for a whole variety of things but havent heard it for fleas as such. i dont routinley use any commercial products but have a standby if needed, most solutions kill 99% of fleas in 24 hours anyway. im not into covering my dogs in chemicals so use garlic capsuals during flea season. havent seen a single flea yet.
and undautri is correct in that it shouldnt be given in metal bowls, glass is probably the only safe way to give it as even plastic will leach chemicals
