Spots/Markings Under Front Leg.

Hi, my dog has these black type of spots under her front leg. I doubt they're spots because they're smooth and not raised. My dog has had them for awhile. I just want some advice before taking her to the vets. Thanks.

They're also small in size, the picture makes them look bigger.

Not sure what that is? Maybe call the vet and email the pic to see what they think

They look like small blood blisters to me that have dried, but no idea what may have caused them.

They do look like little blood blisters. Just a thought, is this where the harness sits ?
