What a cute little pupster! Any reason why he left the litter so early?

Hello from me and Poppy, and welcome to the forum what a handsome little boy he is, I'm also very curious about the reason why he's left his litter so early? Looking forward to seeing more photos too.

Re: Hi From The Midlands
I think that they let them go at 6 weeks once eating fine as they had 5 kids, 2 cats and both mother and father staffy plus were keeping a pup too so it was a pretty crowded house! He was actually the last one left!
Thanks for all your welcomes!

Re: Hi From The Midlands
hi there. I wouldn't be giving Bailey cows milk.. it is too strong and puppies can't digest it, and it can give them the runs.

Re: Hi From The Midlands
I agree with Steve, the puppy should be with his mum and the litter until 8 weeks old. Just one advice from my experience - try to socialise Bailey with other dogs as much as possible. This is what the pupps learn in those 2 weeks. I got my JRT when he was 6 weeks old, and it was during the winter time so he only started socialising with other doggys around February when it was warm enough to take him out for a longer walk, it was kinda late. Today I'm back to the basics with him on how to be friendly with other dogs! Can be a little bit embarassing, it feels like you have a little wild wolf on the lead lol.

Re: Hi From The Midlands
hi from me and woody.he looks so tiny but so cute. with leaving the litter so early you may experience more inappropriate nipping etc as his siblings would have taught him what was wrong by yelping etc, looks like you are going to have to find your inner "michael jackson" high pitched voice to assist him with that!

Hi Angela
How are you and Bailey doing? Did you get on to the vet in regard to the "puppy milk"?

Hi and welcome from one newbie to another. I'm from the Midlands too. E. Midlands. Nottingham to be specific.
Bailey is adorable. I give mine puppy milk from Pets at Home which both mine seem to love mixed in with a rusk too, they snaffle it down. But only in the morning in addition to their regular food.
