Fonts? Have you looked on Google Fonts? They are all free and have an easy search adjuster at the side  Blood Donating this Sunday

well done make sure you take photos of the needle in your arm and show the world of it every time i do it now i take a photos of it, try to get friends to do it also the more people do the more people we will safe

- Coolvetica

They are all thick and bold. Try looking for Sans Serif fonts as they are quite simple and clean looking.

For handwriting style, do you mean something italic and curly and neat (eg. Playball) or just with a more personal feel to it (eg. Simple Kind of Girl)

Putting text over a photo? I use Photoshop but I know there are some free photo editing software out there...will have a look for you!
