Try to walk confidently by them. If they showed too much attention to Flo I would walk on with more purpose. If they became aggressive I'm not sure what I would do to be honest.

avoid eye contact and get ready to let go of the leads if they became agressive.

I dont think anyone would be able to stop 2x 40kg of muscle and teath mate. best option is to let your dog go and use its flight mode as something that big cant run that fast or far. they are also def not as agile as a staffy either.
its very unlikely any of those groups of dogs would attack another without provocation either so an older dog would probably be more safe than most.

if it was one dog i wouldnt be botherd much but two and there is a tendnacy to pack up and things geting out of hand.

I would turn around and walk the other way, cross the road even. Avoidance is best protection.

It would depend on my surroundings, if anywhere near a road I would probably walk into the road, Rocky would be on a lead anyway with me but if the other dogs were loose then they would have to take their chances with the traffic. I would hope to think the cars would stop for me.

It never happened to me but I learned as a kid to never show fear and as I always had big dogs I'm not scared of them and I'm sure they know it I also have a confident dog if things escelated I would release her and hope she runs but I'm very doubtful she will leave me . I think if you show confidence it's usually enough and if not that's a big double trouble

I've had big dogs run at me with my previous staffie Bree - and I would stand my ground and shout stay or 'gerr out' at them & raise my hand towards them and it'd work. Maybe I was just lucky.
