it give you a longer battery life it came in like a protection case but i have read some bad reviews... but there only a couple of reviews they around £150 to £60 so before i invest in one i need they all not bad

No idea but i have a power monkey for extra phone juice can charge it via a little solar pannel (when hiking etc) or via mains if you are home the one i have is only really for phones but does just about boost the ipad too
