Agreesion or Fear?...
My little guy is 3 1/2 yrs old and though he doesn't start fights he will respond to them by going full force at it!! It starts out like if another dog raises a lip, growls, gets in his face, he will jump up on the other dog and then the other dog will think that he is starting a fight. after we are able to get them apart, usually the other dog runs from my dog and my dog doesn't even try to chase the other dog. After the fight is over my dog is kissing and wagging his tail like nothing ever happened. It is super weird, scary, frustrating and sad to me that this happens. He ends up not being able to hang with everybody and is the only dog that is on a cable. It hurts my heart for him!!!
Other than this big problem, he is perfect, he listens and is the sweetest dog ever! : )
PLEASE HELP!! ANY SUGGESTIONS AND/OR ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
Thank you

Re: Agreesion or Fear?...
Do you know anyone who has a calm dog? If so you could meet up with them, don't let the dogs greet head on but walk them side by side on opposite sides to let your dog realise other dogs aren't a threat
