what could this be?
Don't know if you can see it very well to the right of the pic? It's on Roxy's chest. Started off last week looking like a scratch they could've got playing rough. Today it is raised and a bit bigger. Don't know much about ringworm but being a worry wart that's my first thought. There are tiny bumps on the outside of it.

We've put some antiseptic on this morning and I've given her an antihistamine. I don't want to run to the vet just yet on the one hand, on the other hand I want to run in screaming "my baby girl has an ouch!!!"

Can't really see it but in my experience with ring worm it's always been a perfectly formed red ring with slightly scabby edges.

Ah.. Probably get her to the vets ASAP hun, it's highly contagious between dogs and humans. We quarantined ours in kennels it spread like wildfire x

Re: what could this be?
Back from the vet. Thank heavens not ring worm but an infection, like dirt in a sore or something. Antibiotics, skin stuff and antiseptic cream and hopefully it clears soon.
