New mattress!

Is in situ and seems comfy so far, fingers crossed, if it's good enough for NASA it's good enough for me lol!

when my grandma was very ill she had mattress! wasn't that thick it was half of that when she die i had it was soo nice to sleep on

Great news sleep is very important   

Well slept for 4 hours! Which is good for me. Usually I'm lucky if I get 1 hour

Glad you got some sleep in Hayley Tempur is fantastic! I have one of their pillows and it helps no end with the neck!

Good news. The body goes in 90 minute cycles so you still need a bit more. Have you tried melatonin?

A chemical the brain produces to induce sleep. Inactive while the sun is up but active at night. It basically helps put you to sleep. I normaly take 3mg per day but if I change time zones I double the dosage

We have a memory foam matress because of our bad backs, you may find that it is slightly warmer than a conventional matress, which is no bad thing for me anyway, you may notice it.

Melatonin is only available on prescription in the uk so looks like a trip to see my gp xx
