We were down to one and now there are two

After Duke went to his new home at the weekend Duke's Page Here we were down to just one dog in the rescue, Maisie.
Now there are two again although this one is not a permanent resident. We have her for two weeks from another rescue near by as a favour. So it's photo time again.
This is Kia, a sweet little brindle/black Staffie girl. She is full of Staffie kisses, walks on lead very well indeed and is good around traffic. She has been out twice with me so far and is starting to trust me and go a little further away from me each time I take her out. I think I will make time for a trip to the beach with her at the weekend so we can have some fun and get some more photos.

She is in the next run to Maisie and we had to erect a screen between them because Maisie kept winding her up. They cannot get to each other but I think Maisie got a paw to her nose. It's healing OK so there shouldn't be any lasting damage.

When Kia came to us last week I promised her we would find a way of having fun.
So this morning off to the beach we go. She is another one who loves car rides, she sat on the passenger seat for the short run down to Abereiddy.
We seem to have another water baby in this one as you will see from the photos, in fact it was a struggle to get her out. She loved using her two front paws to smack the water and splash it everywhere.
