That sounds like a lot of eggs to me, I would be conserned about the amount of hydrogen sulfide gas  sick

Shrimp as well. I used to snack on both and went for a physical and my cholesteral was really high. I though hey high in protein is good for you

High in protein so a good choice. The yolks are bad though. I normally use 4 whites to one yolk
