I have iOS 6 on my iPad mini and all works ok with photobucket. What is going wrong for you ?

Photobucket can be very temperamental, please let us know, if you can, where things are going wrong for you

you can use facebook if you can get the url of the photos i'm not sure how you can do that on phone
