Sorry Steve, I do hope you feel better soon and hayfever is a bitch. Have you taken an antihistamine? Not sure what you have over there, but Telfast is a user friendly one here in Oz

Go get some hayfever tablets steve and try them out.Id try anything rather then suffer.I hate feeling like that.

I'm a nurse and I do have to ask the question
"How does a bloke come off a motorbike or pedal bike, suffer gravel rash that is so deep it needs skin grafting without saying boo, and yet once they get a sore throat or blocked up nose they are dying?
My hubby so empathizes with you, his comments are "Don't' marry a nurse, you'll never get any sympathy!" hee hee
