Theias first Bullie Walk!

We met the Bullie walkers when we had Floyd, and thought it would be great for Theia to meet a bunch of big burly softies! She absolutely loved it!! She was fairly well behaved, just got a little over excited with Lola, another pup there.
We also got to meet the gorgeous Stella (and her lovely owner Sheila), shame I didn't get a pic!
We had one barker whilst we were assembling, (a rescued abused dog on his first time out, excited and nervous) to which the cafe owner went into meltdown! (we weren't even in the cafe, just in the car park nearby!) He came out shouting at us to leave. The phrase I heard was "people like you with dogs like that are scaring away the customers". He wasn't thinking that in the winter, when people like us with dogs like that are his best customers!! His till is obviously bursting, so will use one of the many other dog friendly cafes from now on!!

The group organises them all over the county, they definitely do them in Sheffield Sazzle, and I have enquired about D&G Col!

I want to go!! Not sure Bug would cope though.. Maybe we could hang around at the back lol!

Lynn, It was lovely to meet you and the gorgeous Theia today. The staffie kisses and ear nibbles from her were so lovely. We also enjoyed seeing all the other bullies gathering at the start. Looked like you had a fab time and would loved to have joined you but Stella can't walk that far.
There is a good cafe/icecream shop at Whitburn which you could use as a starting point for future walks where I know you won't have any hassle. It also has a car park. We use this regularly when at the beach.

It's always nice to put faces to names! Stella is just scrummy! We had a great morning, we came away early, but the rest walked on for ages!
It tired her out, we have had a very quiet afternoon!!
