Ooo what your pup gets up to in the night
Little Milo was a little 'quiet' this morning. I thought hmmm is he feeling ill or just warm? Then I heard my OH cleaning up downstairs. Seems Milo was a little hungry in the night and chewed up not only the new chicken doorstop but also my glasses ! The mess was unbelievable. It's the first time he has done this. I'm not worried about the stuff just that Milo hasn't swallowed anything he shouldn't have. He had very runny poop yesterday and today there's a tiny bit of blood in it. Should I see the vet?

Was there glass or you think he chewed sharp pieces ?? If no just supervise him if yes I would at least call the vet but if his behaviour is normal hell probably be just fine the things they chew...been there.

Was the blood light or dark colored? If light I would just watch him if it is darker I would at least ring the vet.

Re: Ooo what your pup gets up to in the night
Hi - there was no bits missing on my specs - I managed to jigsaw them all together phew....OH says the blood was only a tiny speck and light so not too worried as he's been straining a bit to 'go'. He's only getting his Arden Grange today. Yesterday I gave him some home made treats (sardine oatcakes)and then some sardine oil on his bikkies so maybe I'm the probable culprit.
Justice is I'm poorly today too lol - been bed all day so far

Re: Ooo what your pup gets up to in the night
Thanks everyone - Milo ate some scrambled egg mixed with his Arden Grange and he loved it. He's not pooped all day but then maybe he's got nothing left. He's quite bloated - normally you can see his last rib and then definite waistline (quite skinny really) so it appears very obvious to us and he's farting alot so hopefully he's ok. He's hungry too but getting nought tonight except good ole water.

Milo & me are back to our ole selves again. He did his poop thank goodness - HUGE - and his figure is back to normal thank goodness. I must be more careful about what he eats but not easy when he's in the garden trying everything including our chicken poop ugh.
