The last few weeks Rox has seemed bored. Nothing's changed, she gets her exercise etc etc.

But some mornings she just wants to bark and bark lately! There's a small squeeky dog in the distance that starts barking the minute it's humans must leave home until about lunchtime when it's probably exhausted itself. This annoys Roxy and she woofs back. She's also taken to barking at the birds nesting in the corner of the roof outside. Sometimes she barks at Vin for not playing with her for hours on end!

Usually I can handle it but this morning I have a lot to work to get through.

Any suggestions? Again, she's still getting her normal exercise, extra time with the boomer ball and plenty of run around time. I'm trying Rescue Remedy this week to take the edge off and it has been working, but this morning she is particularly restless and annoyed with dogs barking way in the distance.

Mine just get through a frozen kong so quickly. I have to watch Rox, she's a burier too lol These days though, she will bury her treat, watch Vinny eat his, and then go and get hers out again.

We have the same issue with Suki. We worked on the quiet command for a long time and it's starting to work.

Can't really help as I have no experience of Flo hearing far off barking... Or nearby barking come to that  Laughing

I hope you finally got some peace.
