Potty Training Advice
Let me first start off by saying that our Six month old Staffy, Valentine, is damn near perfect.
That being said, we're having a bit of trouble with her deciding to occasionally pee in the kitchen instead
of going outside even when the door is open and five feet away.
Our house is pretty big and is basically situated like a large open barn space.
She's totally crate rained and has never had an accident in there.
She pooped in the house when we first got her and it was more about
me not knowing her schedule than anything else.
She's only Pee'd in the house a handful of times but it's the circumstances that has me baffled.
It always seems to happen when she's got free time and we're all doing stuff, but with the doors
open so she has free access to outside.
Today for example, we were all sitting at the table eating lunch and had the side door open to the front
and the sliding glass door open to the rear. She just pee'd in the middle of the floor five feet from the door.
Personally, I think we made it so easy and convenient for her to not have an accident that she
didn't learn that she's not supposed to just go wherever.
Any tips?

Are you removing the smell from where she has the accident inside?

Yup agree with above, what are you cleaning the pee up with ?.. You need to use a cleaner that doesn't leave any scent so it becomes a habit area.

Yes, I'm using an enzyme spray.
