Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
you dont really want to place your email address on a public forum mate you will end up with 1000s spam emails

Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
ye i got memphis at 7 weeks old and he was the same never done his buissness in the house, breeder said he was trying to train without to much sucsess and when i got him home i would have to say he was 85-90 % house trained, dont know if its with them having so many pups running round that they dont know who doing what' and at the minute memphis is going all night without going to toilet in his crate so bladder control is almost full =D>

One of his ears is going floppy hope it goes back i heard it has something to do with the teething they do.

Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
Already got a lot of toys for him but caught him before starting to chew em so shouted NO! He stopped and i gave him a toy to chew going to keep doing that and hopefully he will learn. Yeah i heard it something to do with cartilage so the heads/jaw can grow something like that. I might show him when he older as he comes from show dogs the guy i bought him from said he will give me advice regarding showing him not 100% sure yet though.
Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
There's a lady on here called "Caryll" she shows her dogs too, I would love to but I'm affraid mine is only a mongrel!!

Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
Jane the KC say black and tan is highly undesirable in dogs for some daft reason.

Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
I will be honest it isnt my fav colour but at end of the day as long as the dog has papers to prove its a Staff and is in the breed standard i dont see the problem with it. Like a lot of things in this world we live in crazy rules and regulations.
Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
staffys come in a multitude of handsome colours. red, fawn, white, black or blue, or any of the above colours combined with white is exceptable, any shade of brindle or brindle and white are also exceptable. black and tan and livered coloured dogs are to be disqualified under the breed standard of the kennel club, but i still love his colour anyhow, and you still can put him into dog shows that arent held by the kennel club.

Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
Yeah should try shows what arent by Kennel Club I was looking at a Blue/White pied pup but was quoted £850 which I thought !!!
So started to look at other colours and stumbled acorss Max purely by chance and when I got a look at his Sire/Dam and KC papers well lets just see I wasnt even going to bother looking around anymore. How old is your Dog Shane ?

Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
all staffy should be the same price, but some people think they can get more for blue colour for some dodgy reason.
Re: Hello fellow Staffy owners!
I agree mate but some dogs have many champions in bloodline so can understand paying extra for that but not just because of coat colour.
Also some breeders just in it for money not the love of the dogs and if they get Blue pups they think ching ching which in my opinion is wrong.
