Marquez STEALS my usual night spot!

So every evening between 7 and 9, the hubby and I settle to down for together time to unwind before bed and watch our tv series together (we download them and watch them all in one go - we're onto Crisis which is awesome). Hubby has his spot lying on the floor with Marquez usually licking either his head or feet    and I have my spot sitting comfortably in the corner of the sofa with my little table to place my drink and snack. Last night it didn't happen because this is what was there instead  

This dog is too gorgeous Diane! He's such a character. Is that the laptop stand he's looking so comfy on?!!?

Definitely a character - never in all our years of owning a dog have we ever had a dog like him  :in love: 

Yes it is a laptop stand but I just use it to put my food and drink on when we watch our night shows but for some reason he loves resting his butt on it

I guess he is saying "Look Mom, you shouldn't be watching TV, I love fusses and snuggles"   

Oh they are so crafty Diane. My Flo will snuggle up and when I move to get a drink or whatever, I swear she stretches out just so I can't sit back down   

When I ask her to move, she looks at me as if I'm the worst Human ever and then slides ever so slowly off. She'll then have a good shake, a drink of water and then leap back onto the sofa via me not caring where her paws go   

Looks like that spot has Marquez written all over it now   

Lol!! So cheeky! Bug does this too, as soon as you move she wiggles over!

He stayed there until it was time for all of us to go to bed   All our other dogs (dogos and rotties) weren't even allowed on the sofa unless it was their own but this little boy has changed all the rules
