good lazy day, took Ledger to flyball finally had 5 mins to sync my new kindle, went for a 3 mile run and not back to work til Thursday

Lovely day 3.5 hour hike/swim with bug from 7am-10.30 followed by blueberry pancakes and iced tea finally got a chance to catch up with house work/do a food shop etc. spent the rest of the afternoon lazing in the sun and reading textbooks. Now waiting for hunters chicken to cook Martyn hasn't turned up so I'm having a date with Netflix instead!
