I would just worry that it would be referenced by the wrong people and is a magnet for trolls
It's that fine line between distancing the board from that culture and providing information from an activity that we don't condone.

Maybe a ref to the RSPCA page here http://blogs.rspca.org.uk/insights/2014/06/13/channel-4s-going-to-the-dogs/#.U5rsOfldV1a
Add a recommendation to contact the police if you have a good reason to suspect someone is involved in this illegal activity.
NEVER go in an tackle the * involved yourself. People involved with offical investigations have died as a result of investigating. Remember if they have no care or concern for the dogs they abuse they sure as heck will not for a person.
I think a basic overview on the needs of staffy's and their care for new owners. There is a light hearted 'so you want a staffy' online but something that gives an overview of the realistic needs and costs involved and maybe some ideas on inexpensive toys and activities to do with your staffy so they are less likely to be a handful and end up stuck in a crate or locked away from their families. Some folk mean well when they take on a Staff pup but have a hell of a shock when they hit 'teenage' puphood.
You could signpost as an example to the concern folk who called about the staffy found with the concrete collar!
BTW I would be concerned about any dog who has bite marks at different stages of healing. It could be serious neglect from having too many dogs in their home so they fight[back street breeders] and the 'owners' have no idea of how to manage the dogs they have in which case the RSPCA and police need to know.
It could easily be the dog is involved in illegal fighting in which case the RSPCA and police still need to know.
Whatever the cause please do not risk your own life by wading in - call the police and let the offical investigators investigate to find out which is which.
