veg? Empty veg?

Hello everyone  Smile
Lucy has 100 gms of kimble for her breakfast and at teatime.
In the afternoon she has 300g of raw mince ( chicken/beef) with a whole egg added to it every few days.
She looks and seems very happy at having 3 meals a day so I don't want to change this at present (she is 9 months old and a good weight at 15kg)
On saying this; I would like to add veg to her raw mince, would cooking veg to be firm to the bite (al dente) be beneficial ?

we told the vet that we treat the 2 dogs to a sunday lunch which is normally meat, boiled potatoes, green beans and carrotts, all cooked, the vet said it was fine as long as we dont give them gravy.

It certainly won't do any harm, Daisy has some fruit and veg not everyday just as and when, in her kong, or little pieces of fruit as a treat, she has a sweet tooth!

I don't think they get much out of it but Bane loves carrot sticks and the odd fruity thing Smile

Thank you. So far I have tried parboiled broccoli, green beans and carrots with her raw mince and she has loved it.
