this pc is driving me nuts it's not smooth at all it's keep freezing!!

i'm going phone up virgin in the morning just to make sure it not the net!! then i been raging at pc world i been paying £7 a month for the past 8 years so if everything goes wrong it be fix right or get a new pc!!

i updated everything, clean the destop & defrag
still playing up i got an feeling pc world didn't replace like for like!

I would leave it on overnight in that case and see if it settles in the morning.. If it doesn't give PC world grief.

i just tested it it look normal 
if pc world didn't replace the hard drive and graphic card for like for like there going be some trouble i been paying £8 per month cover for this pc for the past 8 years!!!
