Veggy smoothies

Don't have a proper juicer yet so just a bit of a smoothie in my new be healthy plan tonights experiment.....

Avocado, celery, cucumber, carrot, spinach, juice of a lime, coconut water and some linseed (as I'm out of oats) was really surprised how sweet it was but feel stuffed now and was perfect after training

 dont have to much jules... i used to have 2 pint a day of spinach, carrot, tom toms, peppers, apples with pure oj

That's why you avoid too much fruit and stay away from the sugar laden fruit juice

And I'm surprised how nice it is - just looking for options that I can take frozen to work to stop me grabbing crappy snacks when I miss meals

I really should try something like this... Only trouble is the beers hide all the healthy stuff in the fridge   

when i used to do 20/30 odd miles day i used to pig out on the stuff because it was quick and simple bang everything in start and have a quick shower
