18 months old and conditioning started

My big lad Sheen has just turned 18 months so no longer a puppy, so we're trying our hand at some conditioning to tighten up his back end and get the winter weight off 
also threw in some pics of my 16 month female who's coming along very nicely ! only 2 weeks in and my male has dropped a lot off his back end and my female is looking really well on the back end and shoulders coming on nicely 
let me know what you think

Thankyou and Extra long walks,spring pole , flirt pole , hill sprints , swimming tried some weight pulling aswell but they dont like it haha
