today we had another letter from some bloke saying he buy house and he would like to buy our, we not the only all the private house on our street has had one....

i think someone know the house price around here are going shot up, 1 min away to the new tram line ( in the furture there may extend the line to nottingham airport) quick route out nottingham with the new dual carriage way which leads to M1, new train line at the power station that just been build , plus all this greener homes

Was this letter personally addressed to you Steve ? We occasionally get leaflets through our letterbox from estage agents saying they have people interested in property in this area (cannot understand why).

Yeah I regularly had stuff like that through the door especially when it was on the market, not had any for about 6 months now but property is starting to sell a bit more readily

i think so becasue my dad bought my sister house for her when she was struggling her oh had an huge back problem couldn't work for about 7 years

they are all con men they offer below the rel price in your area xx
