My little girl is not well today

Awoke to the sounds of stomach contractions and didn't get to the door in time, thankfully Izzy used the mat which is now in the bin
She settled back to sleep, but has had another two episodes (after eating grass) and is off her food. She is running around as usual, so I'll see how she goes. It's so hard when they can't tell you what's wrong

I hope she feels better soon mate. It sucks when you feel helpless like that.

Harvey was the same the other day i think he has probably eaten something but he threw up a few times and whatever it was went and he was fine after that

She had a few more "ralphing" episodes (mainly saliva although I noted a few bits of string from her rope toy)
She definitely was not herself, I tried tempting her with some treats at around 1.30pm and she just spat them straight out, so I gave the local vet a ring. Had a good talk to the nurse, but as it's a 3 day weekend over here, I decided not to chance it seeing as I could get her in this arvo.
Of course she'd picked up a bit by the time we left for the vet, and was almost back to normal for a short while. Fortunately she only has tonsilitis although her throat is a little infected. Two injections, some pills and a few liver treats later, we were on our way back home.
She's eaten her dinner and is now curled up asleep on her bed with Kita.
Hopefully we'll all have abetter sleep tonight

Poor baby. Hopefully now she's had /got some medication she will be bright as a button again before you know it.

Just went and checked on her and the eyes that always follow me as I walk around the room are almost glued shut, poor little poppet must be plum tuckered out
