To get going? I've a lot of work to do but by the time I've exercised and fed dogs; worked; kept dogs busy; worked a bit more I'm knackered by lunch time! Then there's gym, afternoon walkies, housework, cooking. And I need to maximise my days more. It could just be that we're going into winter and feeling like it's time to hibernate.

So what do you all do when you need a good kick up the ....

Daily I have to give myself a talking too, with my condition it would be so easy to stay in bed. Baby steps and One thing at a time, one step, one shower, one shopping trip, all just one thing at a time xx

Lists can be a great help. I think i try to cram a lot into a day, but needs must. The doggits may have to make do with morning zoomies today as I need to get at least 15 articles out. The OH can do with a DIY dinner and the house can wait to be cleaned until tomorrow Sad Gym will also have to wait even though it does give me energy.

I say that now, then I see two gorgeous faces wake up and want to play with them and keep them busy  Laughing
