Cyst, I think?
Moo has got a lump on the outskirts of her ear, its like a pea and looks like a zist or something similar. Its not bothered her at all. Gonna take her to the vets anyway I think, wondered if anyone has had this ?? I can't take a pic cause you really can't see it with my pants camera. Any advice would be ace, I'm always having issues with her ear!

Alright smart *! No its a solid pea sized ball, but she has made it bleed, its where they scratch the ear so not intentional x

Re: Cyst, I think?
I'm logging off now chick cos I'm really tired but I'm pretty sure that if the lump moves, it's usually not serious, and if it doesn't, it still usually turns out to be a cyst. I might be wrong though. Let us know how it goes x

I'd get her into the vets and see what they say. I'm sure it's nothing though. Bug hugs for Moo. I'll be back on tomorrow x

Re: Cyst, I think?
I'm sure it'll be completely harmless. Give her a big hug from me and licks from Charlie, (and yes, you do have to lick Moo from Charlie or he'll be offended!!)

Re: Cyst, I think?
Good luck with the vets! There are many ways the ear can get bumpy..bites, blood clot, allergies, ingrown hair-black heads...Most are nothing and easy to get fixed as far as I know. will be thinking of you two

Re: Cyst, I think?
Just back from the vets and its a 'Benin Tumour' (sp) which sounds hurrendous but apparently pretty commen in young dogs, so £25 later and a full MOT done Moo is fine

Re: Cyst, I think?
I missed your post Janey, so glad Moo is ok and the "pea" was not too serious. BTW what is a "full MOT"?
I'm going to sit down to a wee glass of wine, so cheers to you, now you can relax

Yer well pleased, a full MOT is just when she has had her heart rate tested, teeth checked weighed etc.
Cheers Lynne its been a long day and I'm rather pink but home know! And no I wasn't in the beer garden all day, just most of it, made licking her all that more easy after a few, so Charlie can't be sad
