mind games/training
Hay :-)
Can people give me some ideas of the kind mind games/training you do please? Im new to the puppy training so any help on this would be much appreciated :-)

Playing hide and seek with treats is always good fun, old egg boxes are great for this. Try using old toys and hiding a treat inside them then hide the toy somewhere.

We play find the treat around the house and with the egg boxes also just training around the home gives them mental stimulation x

Never used treat training just praise - Moo was older though but we do routines of paw/sit/lie down/wait/leave - just the basics

I used to play 'hide the treat' with Zeus when he was a pup too. Teaching them tricks also tires them out but I also used to (and still do) play tug of war. 10 minutes of this and Zeus sleeps like a baby!

Bane loves to play "find it" with toys and treats. He is slowly learning names for each of his toys to make the game a little harder when you hide more than 1! He also does the sit, stay, pay, lay down, roll over, play dead, high five and so on to keep his mind ticking over
