Hm, haven't seen that before either! I can't quite see in the photo, are they symmetrical? And do they have hair on them? Mum/dad didn't have any skin problems or anything?

I've seen something vaguely similar in kennel dogs when they've been rubbing their noses by putting them through the bars of the kennels! Was there nothing in the breeders home that she could have been rubbing her nose on? Was she kept in a pen or anything? As long as the vets aren't concerned and they're not bothering her I'd be inclined to just monitor them and see if the hair grows back!

They just look like creases in the skin to me, you may need to wait until she is a little bit older and see if they grow out by themselves, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.
