Had a call this morning with an offer for the support therapist job, the offer was at the house that's a 2 hour commute away and only offering 13 hour shifts.

I called to say that sadly I wouldn't be able to accept, explained the situation and she said she would call back. 30 minutes later I got all call and they said they want to offer me a position at another house which is a half an hour walk from me, with one 12 hour shift, one 10 hour, one 9 hour and one 8 hour spread out on a rota through the week!! We've said we will figure out the 12 hour between me and my partner, so have accepted Big Grin

start in a few weeks!

Yay!!

That's fantastic Rach! So pleased for you. A 2 hour commute would have been hell, all that wasted time you could have been with Bis! Not to mention the expense.
