How are all of your reactive/unsociable dogs coping with the bank holiday weekend? Biscuit has had no less than 5 off lead dogs charge at her in the period of 35 minutes, we've given up and come home!

Yep we were the same earlier but Oz had his stick so tolerated it much better but I did warn the owners not to come too close, luckily they all listened but who knows what will happen later?

Not that we have many open places to walk at the best of times but we just stay well away on holidays and keep to our little quiet area and lots of extra play/fetch/catch/chase in the garden

Glad Oz was okay! I'm so jealous Inez, wish Martyn was here so we could go to the moors Sad Think you're very wise Lisa! We're not going out again today, will try late this evening just before dark. Just not worth the stress! xx

It was surprisingly quiet this afternoon. Those that did wander over were all friendly and Flo even played with two !

Makes a pleasant change.

Ah that sounds like a lovely afternoon Ian, glad she got to have a little play too! Smile We did have a silver lining that Biscuit let me handle it on each occasion, she lay down behind me (very still and "ready") but still allowed me to take over and get the dogs out of her space, and then went straight into a sit/focus as soon as they were out of the safe zone. Very proud of her thumbs up

Its ok here but we have a lot of space and I haven't been out on a weekend - may change my mind tomorrow - although Moo is very social so its me that doesn't want to see the kids Laughing

I've been ill this weekend so hubby has been walking Rocky on his own mainly, Rocky gets a bit depressed if he hasn't said hello to anyone so they have been going to the small park near us. He hasn't said that it has been overly busy thankfully.
