Bet she is pooped now, we take Oz swimming now and agin and he's shattered afterwards what do they say? 5 mins swim equivalent to 5 mile walk or something like that

,also noticed in your pics the wigan casino t-shirt you were wearing,just got back from Tenerife where we went to soul in the sun,whole week of northern soul,was a brilliant week with awesome tunes

yes theres a canine hydrotheraphy centre in sutton in ashfield they do all sorts there, shes going with her friend coco the beagle this week should be lots of fun
