Ow! Ow! Ow!

Well I woke up this morning went to lift my head off the pillow and snap my upper back/shoulder blade has gone into spasm I couldn't move for the pain couldn't manoever to lift myself, 20 mins later I just about managed to twist myself into a position to get up poor Ledger had his legs crossed
Currently sat here with an ice pack on it and ibuprofen hasn't touched the pain but got an appointment at the chiropractor at 12.30 so hopefully get some relief somehow before work at 3

He thinks effectively its just cramp as its painful in my shoulder blade when I turn my head in all directions. He did some heat ultra sound and gentle massage as said rest up for at least 24hrs have hot baths, take ibuprofen etc it's not comfortable but tollerable at the moment
I have a second appointment on thurs incase I need it but hopefully not

Yeah stayed off today it's really not safe to drive with the lack of range of movement in my neck, on nights tomorrow so hopefully it will have eased by then

Roast was very nice thanks.....might have polished off all the crackling oops
What do I do? Drive reasonably priced cars reasonably fast at times, glorified social worker, marriage councillor, referee, facebook consultant and office worker
