an taxi firm
2/3 cafes
2/3 bars/restaurants
maybe rant some office blocks
10/15 house to rant

It's an shame we live in areas of big super chains it be hard to keep your emprie afloat

1 private club

2 pool/snooker halls

2 bookies

1 scrap merchant

some fruit machines

fancy a lighthouse as well just for the sake of it.

my bars would be like yates / harvester types will do for my these days again it has to be centre in town or you just wouldn't make it

my houses be from cheap areas to posh Smile

it's hard to make money from taxi firm these days so you probably would have to buy out 2 firm in the same location

it hard to keep an normal pub afloat these day i read somewhere 30 pub a day are closing in the uk so the pub will be have to be in town centre

Most pubs in our town centre are on the outskirts, only 1 right in the middle and that's more an oldies pub, our town centre ( Dumfries) is good if you like charity shops and bookies. If i want to go shopping i hop on the train to Carlisle.
