Opps, lets hope it's just a slip up.
I don't have experience with this sort of thing but sounds like your on the right track

Re: weeing while asleep
Must of been having a dream and had to pee! It took awhile for Jed with his toilet training and he has had a few slip up's, if it has been raining he runs back in and does it inside so i have to remember to shut the back door, slip up's are to be expected, dont worry

Re: weeing while asleep
might have been a dream as she usually runs and make cute little noises when shes dreaming.
a thought: could there be a connection to her coming close to her 1st season? shes 5 months now.

I'm not an expert but I would think not. It could well be just an opps moment

maybe .. ( i don't know for sure .. not that experienced )
but .. re my above post .. Lady might have been in .. or close to season ( can't remember exactly )
anyhowz .. Lady is 'in season' again ( 2nd one since she's been with me ) .. and have noticed she wee's quite often whilst out on walks
.. little and often .. probably leaving her scent for the boys
( am assuming :-) .. either that or needing-to-wee-more-when-active be part of 'in-season' body functions
but once back at home .. she wees as 'per-normal' ..
eats main meal at 6-7pm-ish .. wees at 10.30 pm - ish :-)

Re: weeing while asleep
If it only happens the once I wouldn't worry. If regularly, consult Vet.
The regression thing happens. That can be most frustrating. Appears tp happen for no reason, suddenly take three steps backwards. Seems normal, they get there in the end.

Re: weeing while asleep
Most likely she was in a deep sleep and did not know she was doing it. I really would not worry over it
