my big boy ki

Hi all

My big boy ki is 8 years old we bit over weight what would be best way for him to loss a wee bit of weight because of his age he gets tired but still bolts about like a nutter at time's

Cut back on the food a bit and add an extra walk or increase the distanc eof his current walks slowly. Also what are you using as treats? Alot of them are high calorie and vegetables like steamed sweet potatos are better for keeping them in shape

Both dog's get raw hide twist chew's along with dental stick's and sometime's pedigree mini chicken/beef bone thing's..Some time's we mix in cooked mince in with there dry food

Be careful with raw Hyde as it can swell in their stomach and cause a blockage.

As j says the best think is reduce food/treats a little and increase exercise
