Poor thing must've been thru so much discomfort. Hopefully with treatment he can restore back to a furry, happy, healthy pup and find a loving home which he deserves

One thing I never understand is how come someone would be so lazy as to not even give the dog to a rescue.

I am sure with it being in the daily mail that the RSPCA will get a lot of enquires and that they will be able to find Flaky a stable and loving home.
