I would report it because it's indecent exposure which is criminal behaviour, what if he does it infront of children

I would report it. There was one that used to hide in the bushes behind the car park at work. The police came and said it was a myth that flasher wouldn't assault people so I would be wary. On a lighter note a girl I knew saw a flasher and went back for a second look!

Me and my sister saw one in the woods once, being young we thought it was funny but mum reported it to the police when we told her about it!

When I was little there was a really weird man who used to hide in the passageway between our estate and town and flash people going through, mostly kids. The dads/older brothers on our estate all beat him up for being a pervert lol, if it was a jokey thing I'd laugh but if he was a creepy man I'd report him!

Definitely report, had a guy do it to me when I was 14 on my way into school for an exam. Was a bit more sinister than just a quick flash tho he was stood in the bushes and called over to me and let's just say he was satisfying his excitement! I have never run so fast!
